How to Track your Case
Here are three ways to track your case:
1. Log onto your DDX account
- Enter your username and password
- Select the “Case Management” tab
- Enter relevant search criteria and click “Search Cases”
- You should be able to see the status of your case in the “Status” column
- On the “Case Details” page, the tracking number should appear next to the shipping status. Clicking on this number will redirect you to the UPS tracking page.
2. Use the tracking number listed on your UPS Billable Stamp (or the shipping label)
- Go to www.ups.com
- Select a Region
- Locate the tracking number bar
- Enter the tracking number from the billable stamp
- Click on “Track” to verify the status of your case
3. Use the tracking number listed on your UPS Billable Stamp (or the shipping label)
- Call 1-866-PICK-UPS (or 1-866-742-5877)
- Follow the voice prompts to track a package using your tracking number
