Dental Lab Sales Representative

Royal Dental Labs, Inc. is looking for a Dental Lab Sales Representative to join the team. This position will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, presenting our products and services, and closing sales. You may be responsible for traveling to meet with potential and existing customers, such as dentists, dental labs, or dental schools, to demonstrate the features and benefits of our products and services. You may also attend trade shows, conferences or seminars to network and promote our company’s brand.

In addition, you will provide support to other departments as needed, maintain records of all sales activities, and provide outstanding customer service to our existing and potential customers.

To be successful in this position, you should have excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. You should also have a strong knowledge of the dental industry and market trends. The right candidate will be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and prospects through cold calling, emailing, and other methods.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers and build rapport.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services and explain their features and benefits.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts and close sales.
  • Provide customer service and support and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and performance using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share insights and strategies.
  • Attend sales meetings and training courses and keep up to date with product and industry knowledge.
  • Travel to meet with potential and existing customers and establish relationships.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, or seminars to network and promote our company’s brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in dental sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the dental industry and market trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and availability to frequently travel using the company vehicle.

 

Sales Compensation: Base salary, plus commission and quarterly bonus opportunities
